Refund policy

Please note: This return policy only applies to orders made through our online store.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your Story Blocks Journal to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the Story Blocks Journal must be in unused condition, meaning it has not been written in or altered in any way. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your Story Blocks Journal upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make things right.

 


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalised items (such as custom journals or orders with personal names)

  • Used journals

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item first, and once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

 


 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with the standard return policy, the item must be in unused condition, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
